Depending on the scope of the package, this includes:
Completed inspection and test records, signed at each hold point
Photographic evidence of key stages and finished works
Non-conformance log with every item closed and re-inspected
Confirmation of the competence and certification of the people who did the work (ICCC™)
Any as-built information, permits and certificates the scope requires
Formal sign-off and lessons learned for the next package
Handed back clean.
